- On Twitter he seems to reTweet more than he Tweets about his own business. On Facebook he had several photography posts up until July 12, 2016. He may have made the posts private, or he just isn't using Facebook anymore. From what I can see, he definitely used Facebook more than Twitter to promote his business.

- Facebook, Instagram, blog and LinkedIn

- Last Facebook post was May 8, 2017. Last Instagram post was April 5, 2017.

- Facebook shows to be the most heavily used social media platform for this company.

After researching the social media use of some similar companies to mine, I found similarities and differences in regards to their social media platform uses and preferences.  I noticed many of them did not keep their accounts current. I was surprised at first and it definitely made me question why. Most of all it rose the idea that maybe they don’t have to keep it as current as when they initially started because they have enough business already.

It surprised me that the ones that had a blog, barely had any blogs at all and many didn’t have any comments in them. I would hope that a blog would engage readers and encourage them to comment.

I fully understood why the companies that had Facebook pages didn’t have too many posts because I know firsthand how hard it is to get a post seen without paying a fee. That factor can make is discouraging to even make a post when it is on a page like versus a personal account.

The companies that chose to use Instagram used photos along with a brief description which got them a lot of exposure. I noticed a couple of them only had a few posts though, so maybe keeping it up to date would be more beneficial to them to create more exposure.

I need to open a LinkedIn account in order learn more about how that works, because I couldn’t see much information when I went to their account. I also noticed that only one of the companies I looked up uses Twitter, so that will be something to research to see if it could benefit my company.
